Join us for a transformative outdoor experience that nourishes the body, mind, and soul. Yoga by the Lake is more than a class—it's a moment to pause, exhale deeply, and return to yourself in nature’s embrace.

Set against the backdrop of still water, open skies, and fresh air, this 45-minute wellness session includes:

  • 30 minutes of all-levels yoga flow to open the body gently and release tension

  • 15 minutes of guided meditation and breath-work to ground your energy and clear your mind

  • A short wellness workshop focused on how to fuel your body for optimal energy, vitality, and balance

  • A chance to connect with like-minded wellness enthusiasts in a peaceful, supportive setting

  • A take-home wellness bag (valued at $30) with hand-selected goodies to support your self-care journey

Whether you're brand new to yoga or have a seasoned practice, this class is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Expect to leave feeling lighter, more present, and deeply reconnected with your body and spirit.
